Shopping Cart Checkout & Order Confirmation
- All orders placed on our website are deemed the customer's responsibility. If you choose to do a Quick checkout from our shopping cart- Please be aware that you will not receive an order confirmation as we are not collecting your email information which means our system does NOT have an email address to respond back to.
- If you are uncertain if an order was submitted, please contact customer service at 800-241-2890 or 404-400-5412 or sign in to my account to view orders that you have placed. You can only sign into your account if you have registered with our shopping cart.
- Customer Service will happily take down your information and let you know if you have ordered more than once. Failure to report an order problem within a 2 hour time period could result in your order being processed more than once, If this happens, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the additional orders, therefore we do not issue refunds.
Reporting Errors or Orders Not Received
- If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Any errors made by Name Maker must be reported to us BY PHONE within 21 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order.If your order is misprinted or damaged, we will happily replace the EXACT order you placed and promptly ship it to you. You do not have the option to alter wording, color choice, style number , etc…
- Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 21 days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 21 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, Name Maker will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
Requesting A Change To Your Order
- Once an order is placed via phone, mail, fax or web, we are unable to change or cancel that order. Since it is impossible to predict when an order that has been mailed to us will arrive, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to ANY orders mailed to us. Please always double check your orders, especially ones you mail, as you will still be charged even if you have made an error. We will not issue any credits or remakes under any circumstances for any errors the customer makes on an order.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalized items. Every order we process is done on a custom basis so if you have any doubt about what you are ordering we can gladly send you a sample. Since we print exactly what you send us, we strongly suggest you carefully PROOF READ your order. We will not be responsible for re-printing an order you have entered or sent incorrectly.
- Please note- colors that you see on your monitor can vary and may not be exact. We also manufacture items that can vary from dye lot to dye lot. Please request a sample if you are uncertain of a color choice.
- Standard processing for most products is approximately 10 to 21 business days plus shipping time. (This is not a guaranteed time frame as certain circumstances may cause a longer delivery)
- PLEASE NOTE standard delivery for 100% Cotton Woven Labels is 4-6 weeks.
- Standard delivery excludes INTERNATIONAL orders which could take up to an additional 3 weeks. Since Holidays tend to get busy, orders can take up to a week longer. We give you the option at check-out to choose how you would like your products shipped. You can select from Fed Ex ground or express shipping or USPS priority or first class mail. Please Note- First class mail has no tracking and we will not be responsible for the non delivery of items shipped but not received if sent first class mail. The days listed are transit times and do not include the time it takes to make & process your order. We do offer Rush services which MUST be phoned in. - We make every effort to get your items to you quickly and efficiently. We asked that you please double check your shipping address as additional shipping charges will apply if your package is returned to us for an invalid or incomplete address. Once an order is placed and in the warehouse for processing, we can not change the shipping information. Signatures are required on some packages, failure to sign can result in the package being returned to us. We will not be held responsible for incurring the fee on returned packages or for shipping the item back to you, so additional fees will apply. If you choose to wave the signature and have the packaged delivered when you are not home, it will be your responsibility to pay for the cost of remaking and reshipping the item. There are some occasions if you order more than one item they might be shipped separately and arrive to you at different times.
- Since we have no control over the shipping carrier, if your item is damaged in the mail, please keep your damaged package so that we can file a claim. We also do not refund Rush or delivery fees for late deliveries due to acts of nature which include tornado, hurricane, snow, ice storms etc...) If this happens, call us immediately for further instructions. We are not responsible for refunding shipping and handling charges. If you return any non personalized items (this includes undamaged non personalized boxes ONLY) You must have an authorized return number provided by Namemaker and We charge a 15% restocking fee and we will NOT refund your shipping/handling charges- no exceptions.
- Rush orders must be phoned in to our customer service department at 800-241-2890 or 404-400-5412. All orders placed prior to 11:00 EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 11:00 am will go out on the second business day. A standard Rush order varies based on what rush you select and is per item/ Not per order. Shipping charges are extra. You may choose overnight, 2nd day air or ground service- we will rate shop your price according to your zip code and delivery area.
- Name Maker Inc DOES NOT sell, trade or share customer information with any other companies. Information we gather from the customer is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling, charging and shipping the customers orders. We collect phone numbers and email addresses in case we need to contact the customer regarding their order. We do send out mailers and coupons, if you do not wish to receive these or would like to notify us of a change of address, please contact customer service at 800-241-2890 or 404-400-5412 with that information.
- We consider credit card fraud a very serious criminal offense. If there is any doubt about an order placed, we will contact you via email or phone, so we can verify that it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect transaction we will cancel the order with no notice or correspondence sent.
